VISION SYSTEM

The D. e G. GROUP has developed a project to apply vision systems in the industrial setting.

Thanks to the use of highly technological control systems, operating at high speed and capacity, and using high resolution video cameras, we are able to build machines that can view surfaces that need to be verified in terms of their manufacturing integrity and perfection. Thanks to these systems, we can identify defects, imperfections and irregular edges, which the human eye is unable to see.

This system can be integrated into the production line, drastically reducing the machine’s cycle time, and increasing the final product’s quality. In addition to the design, electrical and programming part, not to mention putting the service into operation at the client’s facility, we can create structures, including to customer specifications, to insert products into production lines.
